Interval Grey Hesitant Fuzzy Set and Its Applications in Decision-Making

The use of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets (IVHFS) can aid decision-makers in evaluating a variable using multiple interval numbers, making it valuable tool for addressing decision-making problems. However, fails to obtain information with greyness. grey set (GFS) improve this problem but studies on have lost the advantages IVHFS. In order accuracy and more reasonable results, is important enhance description real-life information. We combined IVHFS GFS defined novel named (IGHFS), which possible degrees numbers are designed indicate upper lower limits number. Meanwhile, its basic operational laws, score function, entropy method, distance measures proposed. And then, multicriteria (MCDM) model IGHFS-TOPSIS developed based them. Finally, an example MOOC platform selection issues teaching courses illustrates effectiveness feasibility decision under IGHFS.
